To activate your account, use your Employee ID and your Metro Email Address.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Your Email Address is CASE SENSITIVE.
To be successful, email address must match your email address in Outlook.

For Example: If your email address in Outlook is Jane.Doe@nashville.gov, you must use Jane.Doe@nashville.gov to authenticate.
jane.doe@nashville.gov WILL NOT authenticate your record.



After successful Authentication, you can set the Username and Password for your account.

Remember to set your Username as your Metro Email Address.
