To activate your account, use your Employee ID and your Metro Email Address.

Your Email Address is CASE SENSITIVE.
To be successful, email address must match your email address in Outlook.

For Example: If your email address in Outlook is, you must use to authenticate. WILL NOT authenticate your record.

After successful Authentication, you can set the Username and Password for your account.

Remember to set your Username as your Metro Email Address.
